MARDAN (Special Representative) Ikramuddin, Chief Executive of Global Times Media Europe and Focal Person for Italy in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, visited Post Graduate College Mardan to discuss the state of higher education and strategies for the betterment of the education system, particularly focusing on the development and training of the younger generation.
